It started with a bad batch.
A few friends in Bluffton decided their homebrew was "good enough" to share with the world. Their families disagreed. Their neighbors disagreed louder. But somewhere between the third pint and a very questionable business plan, Good Enough Brewing was born.
We're building a taproom right here in the Lowcountry — a place to drink something cold, watch the marsh do its thing, and argue about whether the IPA needs more hops. (It does.)
